Expedited Shipping: If available, options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates.
If your package is lost or missing, contact us at scentsoul2024@gmail.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email scentsoul2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
