Shipping Rates & Carriers
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Areas
• We currently ship within the United States.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email scentsoul2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
• Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
